Checking cleaning on Turno
Going back over past cleanings to make sure they are being done properly
How to check past cleanings on Turno and report any problems
- Once you’re logged into Turno, go down to ‘Projects’ on the left side of the screen and select ‘Schedule’ underneath it. This will direct you to the cleaning schedule, where you have access to all of the previous cleanings that have been done.
- To view cleaning information, click on the cleaning in the schedule, then select ‘Details.’ A pop up with any information the cleaner added will appear to the right of the screen. Here you will view the checklist, making sure all items have been completed by the cleaner, and look over the pictures that have been posted to make sure they match up with the staging reference photos provided in the checklist.
- It’s super important to make sure that the cleaners are continuing to uphold the standards we have put in place, keeping the suites clean, fully stocked, and ready for the guests to enjoy.
- Let me know if you see any discrepancies between the reference photos and the cleaner’s uploaded photos so I can communicate with them directly and coach as needed.
- The next step will be checking any notes the cleaner has left. This will be your reference for writing reviews for guests.
- Lastly, check to see if the cleaner reported any problems, notifying me immediately so we can resolve any issues!
