  2. You should see the article page in an editing view – you can edit most of the article content by hovering over a section (such as description, video, etc) and clicking the gear icon that appears for that section.
  3. Start with the article description
    1. Hover over the description section and click the gear icon
    2. Change the description to whatever you want
    3. Click the checkmark to save changes
  4. Next, update the video section
    1. If you do not want/need a video in this article, you can get rid of it! Just hover over video section and click the trashcan icon.
    2. In a new tab/window, find the embed code for a video you want to add to your article. If using a Loom video, follow these steps…
      1. Find your Loom video (make sure you’re logged into Loom)
      2. Click Share
      3. On the popup window, click Embed
      4. Click Copy embed code
    3. After you’ve copied the video embed code, go back over to the article tab/window
    4. Hover over the video section and click the gear icon
    5. You should have your video embed code copied to your clipboard at this point – delete out any content/code you see in the article’s video popup, and paste in the new content/code.
    6. Click the checkmark to save changes
  5. Next, update the button section

    3. Change the button’s text if necessary under the “Button” section
    4. Update the link to a web page, Google Doc, etc under the Link > “Button Link URL” section.
      1. NOTE: when adding a link to a Google Doc, make sure to change the Google Doc’s viewing permissions to “Anyone with the link can view” so that anyone who clicks the button will be able to see the document!
    5. Click the checkmark to save changes
  6. Last, update the extra content below the video section. This area is useful for listing out steps or instructions or to recap what’s in the video.
    1. Hover over the extra content section and click the gear icon.
    2. Change the content to whatever you want – use the text tools above the text editor to format the content how you want
    3. Click the checkmark to save changes

LAST STEP – VERY IMPORTANT!!! When you’re finished making all of your changes, click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the page. This is a “master save” that will save all of your changes in the knowledge base and push the updates live!
