How to log information in the Negative Feedback Solutions sheet

 

  • Once you’ve gone through Airbnb and Vrbo and looked through all of the reviews guests have left, you’ll need to update the Negative Feedback Solutions sheet. If you haven’t already, go back and watch the videos and read through the information on reading and writing reviews on Airbnb and Vrbo.
  • Any kind of complaint left on a review – broken appliances, unclear instructions, etc. – or even in a message left by the guest on Guesty, should be logged in this sheet. We will have shared access to this sheet so we can all be aware of any issues that need to be resolved in order to improve guest experience.
  • Your responsibility here is to input the date the complaint was left, what kind of complaint it was (public or private), what kind of issue it was (cleaning, maintenance, communication, listing discrepancy, or overall guest experience), and then a summary of the problem the guest raised. 
  • Anytime you have to update this sheet, please notify me you have done so
